Just made some Sculpted steps with side boxes for plants and or bushes.

Just made some Jewelry Boxes.
There are a total of 32 all together in this set.
Colors are:
Black & White -2 different styles.
Red & White – 2 different styles.
Gray & Yellow – 2 different styles.
Blue & Purple – 2 different styles.
All are MOD / COPY and NO trans.
These are sculpted Jewelry Boxes, so they are one prim EACH.
I’ll be selling them for 75L$ per box (all 32)
FULL PERMISSION JEWELRY BOXES:
If you need a full permission set, MOD / COPY & TRANS, I have those available 275L$.
You will NOT have permission to GIVE them away, NOR share with friends.

Penny And Bucks Mini Mall
Okay folks… the mini mall is open and rentals are all set up.
Each shop is 20×20 and each parcel is 480sqm2.
You have about 4 meters in front of the shops for signage or small things to lay out for your customers. (i.e. Hunt signs, Sub-O’s etc..)
You get 140 Prims per shop for … hold onto your shorts… 50L$ per week!
Make sure you click the rental box BEFORE renting. It will give you a notecard for that parcel.

Hi all.. just got done making a Bottle Set.
In this set there are 9 different forms, 5 different colors for a total of 45 bottles.
Better yet, they are MOD and COPY but no transfer.

11 Interior Shop Colors
These shops are made 20×20 to fit a 480 parcel (so that you have a sidewalk with 4 meters in front of the shop to put signage). They come in 11 colors:
Champangne
Emerald
Magenta
Mauve
Olive
Pool
Royal
Scarlet
Silver
Tawny
and Turquoise.
The textures came from XStreet and are from Damask which where freebies ( I believe ).
So therefor I am only going to sell these for 50L$ each or the FatPack (all 11)for 500L$.
My client has decided to drop out of SL and therefor, I have these for sale.
You can also see these at my Mini Mall as they are set out for rent.

Sculpt Studio Custom Slices
Hey all.. I am working on making some custom slices for Sculpt Studio. These will be circle, square and many different shapes.
If interested, I will try to have these in the shop soon as a package or by themselves. The are not going to be free because of the JPG upload in order to get the UUID for the slice images and the UUID for the sculpted slice. I do not expect it to be more then 20L$ per slice at this time (price for both images uploaded).
You can also make your own as well if you have SS.
I got tired of seeing the same ol end (POLE) on the sculpties that I made and seen a URL posted in SS group and went from there. You can also check this url out and make your own as well. I am just making it easy for those that haven’t ventured down this road yet. I will take the L$ that I make off these to either buy more tools to make things for people or take the L$ and add more as I go along. I do not plan on making a profit from all this. It please me to make things that people can USE for their OWN creations.

Thanks to Brandi, I had the perms set wrong for the GRN Shop. I have reset the perms and now all is okay! (Oh those late nights! 
)
It will rez and derez and then rez again without removing the objects from content folder. Phewy! Thanks Sis!

I do builds in SL to have fun, it’s my past time and love trying to make things different then the normal same ol’ prefabs that every one has.
So.. what I have to offer is this:
For a limited time ONLY this build will be located at Classy Freebies for a week starting Monday (14th) to Sunday (20th) of September.
With Classy Freebie requirements for all things in their shop is no more than 1L$.
Also..
A Building/Shop that is the following:
50L x 30D x 15H (Actual size with Entrance is roughly 36 meters)
It is a Warm, Comfortable and Welcoming feeling build. With not to dark and not to light of textures.
Drop Light and Flourescent Light (MODable)
This build comes COPY and MOD and NO TRANS.
It also comes in a REZ BOX for ease of use. (Change channels when using more than one at a time)
